Brian P. Millikan

Attorney

Brian P. Millikan

Brian joined the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department in 1994 and patrolled both North and South St. Louis until 1998. Among the commendations he received was the Medal of Valor.

He graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2001 and went to Reinert & Rourke, where he represented insurance companies in construction and premises liability cases — the other side of the table from where he sits now. He opened this practice in 2006.

Today the work is personal injury, workers’ compensation and first responder law. He is General Counsel to the St. Louis Police Officers Association, approved counsel for the National Fraternal Order of Police, a certified Force Science Analyst, and municipal judge for the City of Sunset Hills. He has represented officers in the Missouri appellate courts, including arguing before the Missouri Supreme Court. He has also served as an expert witness in cases involving law enforcement.
